Skin – protects the body, regulates temperature, and senses touch.
Scalp – is the skin on the head that supports hair growth.
Hair follicle – is a structure in the skin where hair grows and is lubricated by oil glands.

Arteries – carry oxygen-rich blood away from the heart, have thick muscular walls, and no valves.
Veins – carry oxygen-poor blood back to the heart, have thinner walls, larger lumens, and valves to prevent backflow.

Cerebellum

A key brain structure made up mainly of nerve tissue, the cerebellum is not a tissue type in and of itself. It plays a role in motor learning, posture, balance, and voluntary movement coordination.

This tissue is the early connective tissue that is derived from the embryo’s mesoderm layer. It supports and integrates cells and organs during development and is the precursor of many of the body’s mature connective tissues.

A single layer of cube-shaped cells with central nuclei is known as simple cuboidal epithelium. Its primary functions are absorption, secretion, and protection; it lines thyroid follicles, gland ducts, and kidney tubules.
