System analysis and design mainly is about systems, processes, and technology being used to plan the improvement of the information system used by an organization. Individually, system design is mostly about how the organization can use the system to accomplish their objective. On the other hand, system analysis focuses on what the system is supposed to do. Planning on the improvement of the system is done through understanding and specifying in detail what should be done by the system and how to implement the components of that system. Moreover, improvement is done by making softwares and teaching the workers how to make use of it.
