I learned that it is quite complex in managing a laboratory. There are a lot of requirements, and that a staff, or everyone in the laboratory must do their best ay providing quality services. Additionally, I have also learned that in healthcare, HIS is very essential. One must be informed about it and also follow it. But overall, I can say that you can do anything when you just do your best, be well informed, not be lazy and love what you do. Especially that we are talking about Healthcare and how it can affect an individual whether positively or negatively.
