Android vs. iOS
Ease of use today, all phone interfaces are superior and more user friendly than they were at the time. Control is the most important difference. Phone and its applications are much more controlled than Apple’s, thanks to android smartphones.
Although Apple’s iOS is a fantastic operating system, one of its main problems has always been the high entry point. Apple’s iPhone SE and iPhone 12 decrease that entry price, but they still fall short of Android’s enormous selection of cost-effective devices.
The majority of us only use a small number of apps, and the most popular ones are available on both platforms, so numbers aren’t the ideal gauge. New apps have a propensity to debut on iOS first since it has historically been a more lucrative platform for developers, but as Android’s market share increases, this trend is shifting. Although iOS continues to be the most popular platform in the US, Android is becoming the primary choice for developers worldwide.
Life and charging of batteries
Battery life is a significant issue for smartphone owners and one of their top complaints. As there is no shared hardware, comparing the two platforms is challenging. Although iOS is designed to get the best battery life per mAh rating, an Android device with a significantly larger battery will easily outlast an iPhone.Due to the prevalence of fast-charging and wireless charging features in Android phones, the operating system had an advantage in the charging market for a long time. However, Apple isn’t too far behind since it integrated wireless charging and rapid charging in its iPhone 11, iPhone X, and even the iPhone SE (2020). It’s important to note that some iPhone models require you to purchase the fast-charging adapter separately, whereas an Android phone typically comes with one. The iPhone 11 Pro was one of the final iPhones to come with any charger, however Apple did include a fast charger with it. Since iPhones no longer include anything other than a Lightning-to-USB-C connector, you’ll need to purchase a charger separately starting with the iPhone 12.
For me, having an Android for a very long time let me realize that android really is a versatile OS. There were some limitations in iOS that are available on Android. The part and accessories are relatively cheaper and they cater flagship phones which prices are half the price of most iPhones that performs almost just the same as iOhones.
