GE10-BBWhat is a Sillimanian?
A Sillimanian, for me, is more than just a member of a group; it’s a symbol of being strong and kind at the same time. It’s like being brave and sure of yourself, just like important people in history. They’re good at expressing their thoughts in a clear and impressive way, never afraid to say what they believe. Every day, a Sillimanian faces challenges with a toughness that shows how being gentle is really strong. They believe that in tough times, it’s not being tough like a rock that helps, but being flexible and kind. This strength isn’t about being loud or bossy, but in small, gentle actions – like a nice smile, soft words, and being polite. This gentle way of being hides a strong determination to succeed, all while remembering the help they got along the way, and wanting to be a help to others too. A Sillimanian, in simple words, is a mix of being strong and kind, leaving a good mark on the world through their calm and determined actions.
What is your view on the mental aspect of man?
The way I see it, the mental side of a person is like a powerful engine that drives everything else. It’s where our thoughts, feelings, and understanding all come together. Sometimes, it’s like a clear blue sky, full of bright ideas and positivity. Other times, it might feel cloudy or stormy, with worries and doubts. But that’s perfectly normal. It’s important to take care of our minds, just like we would with our bodies. When we do, we can find a balance that lets us navigate through life’s ups and downs with more clarity and strength. So, paying attention to our mental well-being isn’t just a good idea, it’s like giving our inner engine the care and maintenance it needs to run smoothly.
