Originally established in 1920 as a girls’ dormitory, Oriental Hall at Silliman University boasts a rich history that has witnessed a dynamic transformation in its purpose over the decades. From 1972 to 2003, the hall played a pivotal role as the designated space for the College of Business Administration, serving as a hub for nurturing future business leaders and entrepreneurs for an impressive span of 30 years.

Today, Oriental Hall continues to serve as a multifunctional facility, catering to a diverse array of student services and counseling needs. Beyond its historical significance, the hall has evolved into a vibrant hub of student activities, housing essential resources such as the Personality Enhancement Program (PEP) classes, a welcoming student lounge for relaxation and socialization, and facilities dedicated to ID validation and other student-related administrative functions.
