The Leopoldo Ruiz Hall is best known as the business and finance office where every student goes to process their payments and tuition. It is generally known as the school administration building. On the 1st floor, it houses the Business and Finance Office, Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, University Treasurer’s Office, Accounting Department, and University Cashier. On the 2nd floor lies the Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Lastly, on the 3rd floor is the Office of of the VP for Development, Human Resource Development Office, and OIP Office.
