📍Uytengsu Hall – This building is mainly used by the students of the College of Computer Studies. Its extension near the road also has classrooms filled with more computers for classes that need those facilities and equipment. There are also a few tables nearby that bridge the gap between it and Villareal Hall. The building was actually donated by the family of the same name for their son who had his pre-law studies in the university.

📍Guy Hall – What was previously a boy’s dormitory, presently serves as the location of the Office of Information and Publication Publishing Unit as well as the Office of the Internal Audit. It also has classrooms for use such as one that houses art classes on the second floor. This building was donated by William Guy in memory of his late wife, Kathryn Guy.

📍Leopoldo Ruiz Hall – Usually referred to as the Business & Finance Ofiice, this is where students and parents usually come to settle administration concerns, account payments, and tuition. It also is home to more offices such as one for Finance and Academic Affairs.

📍Silliman Hall – Welcome to the university’s oldest building which was made from the metal sheets from an old theatre in New York. Lectures and conferences are now held in this building and speaking from experience as a former CWTS student, the seminars and meetings that we had here every Saturday were always very fruitful and informational. The field nearby was used for our activities and team-building exercises to foster unity amongst the cadets.
