Guy Hall:

It was built in 1918 as the dormitory for boys. 
Donated by William Guy in memory of his wife, Kathryn Guy. Today, it houses the Office of Information and Publication Publishing Unit and the office of Internal Audit on the first floor and classrooms on the second floor

Villareal Hall:

It is the College of Law Building. It bears the name of Cornelio Villareal, who presided over the Philippine House of Representatives in the 1960s.

Alumni Hall:

This building, which serves as a center for alumni events, represents the long history and storied traditions of the university. The Alumni Hall frequently holds get-togethers, reunions, and activities for university alums, offering a place for them to interact and engage with their former institution.

Heflin Hall:
Named after Dr. Clyde Heflin. One of pioneering educator in the Philippines. He is also the First Dean of the Education Department (Heflin Hall).
