Keep Your Heart Happy:
Eat Good Stuff:
– Fill your plate with fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. Cut back on the fatty and salty foods.
– Choose good fats like olive oil, avocados, and nuts.Move Around:
– Get at least 30 minutes of decent exercise most days. That could be a brisk walk or anything that gets you moving.
