Data Quality is basically referring to the degree at which a data is able to meet the expected standard and “quality” of a dataset.

Data quality measures how fitting a dataset is. If it meets the standards in terms of accuracy, validity, relevance, or of its serves its purpose.

Data is considered of high quality if it meets the intended standard or purpose in operations, planning, and more. And if some standards are not met then its quality is compromised.
