What is Histology Art?

Histology art is a mix of science and creativity, taking the microscopic view of biological tissues and transforming them into works of art. Artist or anybody can use stained tissue slides as basis for creating art. Histology art can be made using various techniques and mediums such as watercolor, digital imaging, or mixed media. Histology art can be used in educational materials, or a means to appreciate the beauty of life and the human body, or even just a form of artistic expression.
