MT30 – BBHISTOLOGY OF THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
In my opinion, the histopathology of the circulatory system plays an important role in the diagnosis of different diseases, especially because histology tells us the function and structure of the heart. In fact, this helps the body maintain a normal body temperature, helps fight off disease, and enable the transport of nutrients to all parts of the body. Among its four major components are the arteries, veins, blood, and the heart, all of which enable the pumping action of the heart. Thus, by understanding the function — the histology of the heart, we can understand our own body and how it provides the right chemical balance for the body to achieve homeostasis.
