There are three types of muscles in the human body, one of which is the skeletal muscle tissue. Skeletal muscles contains the connective tissue, blood vessels, and nerves. The skeletal muscles are organized into groups of fascicles. The muscles ate attached to bones. Moreover, these muscles maintain posture, control internal movement, stabilize bones and joints, and generate heat.

These muscles tissues are long and multinucleated. The striations seen in the skeletal muscle are made through the organization of actin and myosin filaments which results to the banding pattern of myofibrils.
