📍Vena cava
The superior vena cava and inferior vena cava are very large veins that bring deoxygenated blood to your heart to get oxygen. Your inferior vena cava, your body’s largest vein, carries oxygen-depleted blood back to your heart from the lower part of your body (below your diaphragm).

📍Vein
Veins are blood vessels located throughout your body that collect oxygen-poor blood and return it to your heart. Veins are part of your circulatory system. They work together with other blood vessels and your heart to keep your blood moving. Veins hold most of the blood in your body. Nearly 75% of your blood is in your veins.
