MT30 – BBThe Digestive System is full of wondrous functions that I find quite interesting. In fact, it amazed me how many meters of organs can fit into one space, including the liver and the gallbladder. Among the most notable organs for me is the colon, being 5 to 7 feet long, is responsible for processing wastes for defecation. I believe that this process is very important as it gets rid of the toxins of your body— allowing us to normally function. Another significant organ is the liver, purifying blood and secreting bile. The small intestine, absorbs the nutrients so that we can also function in our everyday lives. Let us learn more about this system through the video!
