❕Muscle tissue enables movement and contraction in different parts of the body
❕Striated muscle is a type of muscle tissue characterized by a striped appearance under a microscope.
❕Cardiac muscle is composed of muscle fibers, which are organized into fascicles. Sarcomeres within the muscle fibers are the functional units responsible for contraction and relaxation.
❕Tonsil is located in the wall of the pharynx at the back of the throat. It acts as the first line of defense against pathogens entering through the mouth or nose by trapping bacteria and viruses
❕Tongue is a muscular organ located in the oral cavity that plays a crucial role in various functions, including tasting, chewing, swallowing, and speech.
