    Circulatory System 🫶🏿🫀
Your body’s circulatory system, also known as the cardiovascular system or vascular system, transports hormones, nutrients, and oxygen to the cells in your body for use in development, repair, and energy production. Carbon dioxide and other waste materials that your cells do not require are also eliminated by your circulatory system.
In order for you to survive, these vital components of your circulatory system keep blood flowing to every cell in your body:

    – blood is composed of platelets, plasma, and red and white blood cells.
    – the heart, a muscular organ that distributes blood throughout your entire body
    – blood vessels, which transport blood pumped by your heart, comprise veins, arteries, and capillaries.
The circulatory system’s hub is the heart, a double pump with four chambers. It sits on the diaphragm, the muscular wall that separates the chest from the abdominal cavity, and is located behind the breastbone in humans, between the two lungs and somewhat to the left of center. The myocardial, a strong muscle wall, is made up of several layers that make up the heart. The endocardium lines the inside of the heart, while the pericardium, a thin layer of tissue, covers the exterior. The left and right hearts, which are further divided into two chambers each, make up the two halves of the heart cavity.
The video focuses on the main “star” of the circulatory system — the heart.
