Activity 8: The Reproductive System (Examined Slides)Talking about the human reproductive system means knowing that it is the system which humans bear the capability to reproduce and give off offsprings. Based on an article by Harrison (1998), some features of the reproductive system involve transport and implantation of the fertilized ovum, internal fertilization of sperm, birth, and others. These wide range of processes helps successful reproduction and to follow is the return of maternal organs to its original position after bearing a child.
Here are two of my examined slides of the reproductive tissues – the cervix, and the testis – which was performed in one of our previous laboratory classes.
