    An open-sourced software is accessible for everyone; basically, anyone can add, delete, own, and fix issues in the software. Essentially, it has no “owner” because it is open to the public. Meanwhile, a closed-source softwares is not accessible for everyone. The codes are private. Generally, it is a protected system.
