Urinary System

The urinary system is a group of organs that filter waste and excess fluid from the blood, store it as urine, and then expel it from the body. It’s divided into two parts: the upper urinary system (kidneys and ureters) and the lower urinary system (bladder and urethra). The kidneys clean the blood, the ureters transport urine to the bladder for storage, and the urethra releases the urine.
