MT30 – DD (Histology Art 2024-2025) 11 months ago This snow globe is my interpretation of the cell: Christmas edition! The globe itself represents the plasma membrane, while the snow on the ground symbolizes the cytosol. Inside, the mitochondrion takes the form of a sleigh, the nucleus is a snowman, and the peroxisome is a snowball. The centriole is depicted as a log for a fire, while the lysosomes are mugs of hot chocolate with marshmallows. The rough ER is a Christmas-themed building, and the smooth ER is a gift factory. Lastly, the Golgi apparatus appears as snow-covered bushes.-
