Anatomy and physiology are closely related fields that study the human body. Anatomy focuses on the structure of body parts, what they are and where they are located such as bones, organs, and tissues. While Physiology, deals with the functions of those parts how they work and interact to keep the body alive and healthy, such as how the heart pumps blood or how the lungs allow us to breathe.
