During Intramurals Week, I was part of the Cheer Committee, serving as a supporter for the athletes and uplifting them in every game they represented for the entire Medical Technology Department. By transferring to each game I was deployed to, I had to walk to different locations for each schedule. The primary muscle responsible for generating this movement is the skeletal muscle tissue as it allows muscle endurance, especially with movement that requires long periods of contraction without getting tired.
