My artwork represents skeletal muscle, creatively designed as a bass drum inspired by my intramurals experience. During intramurals, I served as the Chair of On-Field Cheering, where one of my main roles was being the drummer—setting the rhythm, energy, and unity of the team.

The bass drum symbolizes my role in leading the beat of the crowd, while the skeletal muscle inside reflects the very system that makes movement and performance possible. Just like muscles contract to produce force, the drum’s rhythm drives coordination, strength, and spirit in every cheer.

The striations and muscle fibers in the artwork highlight the organized structure of skeletal muscle, emphasizing how synchronized action creates powerful movement—similar to how a unified team creates a strong and vibrant performance.
