Today marks the beginning of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Domestic violence has long been a problem before the COVID-19 pandemic began; however, the number of cases had greatly increased worldwide ever since the lockdown started. Families, women, and children have gone both wary and uncertain in seeing their future.Therefore for the month of October, The Purple Ribbon Movement to End Domestic Violence will be publishing different contents every Friday to bring awareness to the masses about domestic violence prevalence and to help end this problem.
