    Hello, katrópas! It’s finally Friday! We all know, some of you are feeling tired and stressed from everything you did this week. Thus, we are here to remind you to reward yourself through resting! It is also a way to be more productive for the upcoming days. Weekends are coming soon here are some ways to give yourself a break at these days.

    Remember, self-care is a priority, katrópas!

    1. Cook or eat delicious and healthy foods without rushing.
    2. Allow yourself a little extra sleep.
    3. Take a long, hot bath or for extra, get a massage.
    4. Watch your favorite movie or listen to your favorite playlist.
    5. Change up the scenery. Go outside your room or office and sit in nature.
    6. Take some time to meditate, even just for 5 minutes, or get physical through exercising.
    7. Take a completely gadget-free hour.
    8. Spend time with your family or call someone you love.
    9. Daydream. Sit and let your mind wander into such beautiful things.
    10. Do journal. Write down the things you’re grateful for.

    Rest well ka trópas! Next week will be another busy week but let’s enjoy this short time and take a break. God bless!
