WeCare 5 years, 9 months ago Antibiotics are known medicines that, primarily, prevent and treat bacterial infections. Misuse/ Overusing/Ignorance to such drugs can result to Antibiotic Resistance.
What is Antibiotic Resistance?
It is the ability of the germs such as bacteria and fungi to become resistant to the antibiotics/ drugs/ medicines designed to eliminate them. Furthermore, it can lead to higher medical costs, prolonged hospital stays, and increased mortality.
Hence, it is highly important to seek professional help when it comes to Healthcare. It is your right after all.
