Finally, it’s Thursday and we’re almost done with the finals week!
For today’s episode of TropoSeries “Week of Encouragement”, we will be once again reminded of the purpose of being a servant leader.
Leadership is both an honor and a burden. You are given a very important role that could possible affect or influence other people’s lives. You are being looked upon. Because of these possibilities, leaders carry a burden. A burden to always make sure that what you’ll bring into other people’s lives are positive and something that they would benefit from.
After becoming student leaders, we will someday become leaders in our workplace. To prepare us for this, let us listen to Mr. Baiverth M. Diabo, the CEO of DIACA KONSTRUKT.
