OUR MISSION
To break down the stigma and to raise public awareness and inclusion of individuals with Down Syndrome in the Visayas which will empower and enable them to enjoy full and equal responsibilities and rights without discrimination and prejudice on the basis of their disability.
OUR VISSION
Down syndrome Foundation Visayas envisions a community which is inclusive and accepting of individuals with Down Syndrome where they will be protected against discrimination and an environment which is supportive and nurturing where their talents and unique capacities will be recognized and reinforced.
