Dugo 2Go is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization with an instrumental framework to promote a culture of voluntary blood donation to the public, across government, and to other sectors. Our focus is centered on the importance of the blood supply which we aim to supplement knowledge essential to the people and to raise awareness about the successes and challenges of the country in meeting national needs for blood. This organization also provides resources from potential blood donors to support the development of nationally coordinated blood transfusion services in maintaining adequate blood supplies. This organization is composed of medical technology students that are ready to give other people the advice they need about blood donation. Furthermore, it also encourages individuals to donate blood because of its many benefits such as free medical checkups including pulse, blood pressure, body temperature, and hemoglobin levels to help you give an insight into your health. Lastly, the organization aims to inspire future blood donors like children that want to help others, to give them a chance to be enlightened on how these things work.
