𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: A leading online-based organization advocating proper hygiene and sanitation for the locals in Dumaguete in pursuit of a healthier community.
𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: HNLO aims to: (1) educate the locals on better personal hygiene, sanitary measures, and proper waste management, (2) provide the community with avenues to deepen their knowledge regarding sanitation matters and concerns through outreach program, and (3) influence peoples to initiate the practice of proper hygiene and sanitation within and outside the community.
