• Create a secure environment that supports strong interpersonal relationships.
• Ensure that its members use efficient learning techniques that produce quality results.
• Produce engaging learning materials and reduce unnecessary distractions so members can devote their whole attention to their learning process.
• Instill in the participant knowledge and skills related to medical technology in all of the activities to promote lifelong learning
