OUR VISION
To provide culturally competent, holistic, and wellness-focused services that promote frontline social-emotional development, prevent the development of mental health challenges and address social-emotional problems that currently exist.
OUR MISSION
We strive to improve the community’s understanding of mental health and the mind-body connection between mental and physical health. Advocate for improved support and treatment particularly at the state and federal levels, especially where reform is needed.
WHO WE ARE
Helping Minds is a nonprofit organization that provides helps to coordinate a community event, locate speakers who have expertise in mental health, offer peer and family supports, and provide general information on mental health as well as treatment, and available services for mental health issues.

All people have value, potential, and something to contribute and shall be treated with dignity. Persons with chemical dependency and mental illness can live without shame and stigma, with hope, self-respect, and faith in recovery.
