It consists of layers of fibrous and connective tissues, skin, and the skull membrane. The front of the face and the sides and rear of the neck encircle it. Trichology is the scientific study of the hair and scalp.
2.) Human Palmar Skin: Like our fingertips, the patterns that develop on the palm integument, also known as palmar skin, are distinct and can be used to identify a person. But the actual function of the little creases and folds around the palms is to improve tactile sensitivity and make gripping easier.3.) Human Hair: Our hair has a purpose beyond aesthetics. It absorbs heat, which keeps us warm. The sensitive areas surrounding the eyes, nose, and ears are shielded from dust and other microscopic particles by hair. By reducing the amount of light and particles that enter the eyes, lashes and eyebrows shield the eyes from harm.
4.) Cat skin with hair: The largest organ in your cat’s body is its skin. It gives your cat its sense of touch, controls temperature, and acts as a barrier of defense against the outside world. The skin may make up 12–24% of an animal’s body weight, depending on the species and age.
