Howdy, everybody! I hope that everyone is doing well. I’d like to encourage you all to watch this video wherein we briefly explain Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. It is essential, in my opinion, for us to understand what each individual seeks and desires, as well as how their needs differ, in order to provide effective management.
