DEVOTIONAL:
In its shortness, life is often seen as a compilation of endless routines with most people choosing to spend their lives pursuing happiness, fulfillment, and satisfaction. They abandon God for worldly pleasures but not thinking of the judgment that is to come. In His graciousness, God delays that judgment so that we, inclined as we are to evil, could turn away from their sins and turn to Him. But remember, judgment is certain. Are we ready to face the God?

In contrast to the Holiness of God, man is utterly depraved. For the month of November we will be sharing Bible verses on the sinfulness of man. This is not to discourage us all but to point out that man must not put hope in himself for salvation. Man has only One hope and that is Jesus Christ who is Lord of all and Savior to those who believe.
