For the majority, the simplest of all teaching pedagogies would be the lecture method. There is this student-teacher interaction in the form of an oral presentation. This method indicates that the teacher has prior knowledge about the discussion. On the other hand, the students will listen to the teacher and take notes.

According to Marmah (2014), college students learn better through lectures. Moreover, regardless of gender or college level, there is no statistical difference concerning preference.
