    (1) Health System

    • Health systems are composed of components that are vital and interconnected with each other which means that a shortage, an issue, or a problem occurring in one of its components can lead to the breakdown of other components. Health care systems are organized in a way that all the controls and functions happening in the health care system are controlled orderly and monitored consistently for the chain to flow smoothly. This way, healthcare institutions carry out their functions and responsibilities efficiently.
With that said, I have deduced that health systems are the core of all healthcare institutions. Without it, everything in the healthcare system would be chaotic and problems would be here and there which is a big “no-no” when it comes to healthcare because healthcare always needs prompt appropriate responses as it deals with people’s lives. Thus, health systems help health institutions establish their roots. It helps health institutions establish and arrange the components that should be present to successfully run an effective healthcare institution or organization. This includes people who manage and lead the institution for it to achieve and realize its visions and goals while finding resources and proper financing to sustain them and the institution itself.
In relation to the aforementioned, health systems in my understanding, help assess and regulate everything so that people including the unfortunate, can have access to the system. Additionally, through health systems, health institutions can arrange and assess the right proportion of employees, health products, and healthcare facilities or instruments that they should acquire while having reliable information about current health trends (diseases, etc.) which allows them to shape their own rules and regulations for the safety of all the people.
