    Hello all! Are you spending good day?
    Today, I want to introduce the exercise, “Aerial Yoga”

    Actually, I posted about Blanket yoga before, and I think yoga is the best exercise to grow inner muscles, relax your muscles and concentrate on your mind. So again, I introduce yoga. But it’s different with normal yoga.
    It’s a workout that you do by hanging on a rope / high elastic band.

    I know due to the current situation, you will be hard to do various exercises because hard to go outside, but I introduce it as a new exercise. Please show a lot of interest! 🙂 <3
