Fishbone Diagram | VitaScan Clinical – MT 14 (Lec) – BB
In the laboratory, encountering countless problems and issues is inevitable. The important thing is we properly assess these problems so that we can effectively employ evidence-based decisions in addressing them. With this, VitaScan Clinical has created a fishbone diagram — a cause and effect graphical analysis — to lay bear the causes and sub-causes of a problem we have encountered.
