NEPHRON
The nephron works like a tiny cleaning station in the kidney. It filters the blood, removing waste and extra water while keeping important substances the body needs, like nutrients and salts. This process happens in steps first, the blood is filtered, then useful materials are reabsorbed, and finally, waste and excess fluids are sent out as urine. The nephron also helps control blood pressure and maintain the right balance of water, salts, and pH in the body, making sure everything stays in a healthy range.
