Leopoldo T. Ruiz Hall is the administration building at Silliman University that serves as the central hub for crucial administrative functions. On the first floor, it accommodates the Business and Finance Office, the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the University Treasurer’s Office, the Accounting Department, and the University Cashier. Moving to the second floor, it houses the Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The third floor is dedicated to the Office of the Vice President for Development, the Human Resource Development Office, and the Office of Information and Publication (OIP).
