What are the two types of veins?
Your body consists of two types of veins. The pulmonary and systemic vein.

Pulmonary veins: Pulmonary veins are major blood channels that transport oxygenated blood from the lungs to the rest of the body. The pulmonary circuit carries deoxygenated blood from your heart to your lungs.
Systemic veins: The systemic circuit transports deoxygenated blood back to the heart, which is oxygenated via the pulmonary.
