Policy – set of guiding principles/rules which dictate how decisions should be made, and actions should be taken

Process – series of steps taken to achieve a certain goal

Procedure – specific set of instructions that must be followed to carry out a certain task

A policy sets a goal which is carried out through a process that involved many procedures.

Accuracy = correctness while precision = consistency
