MT 14 LecDuring the course of a few months, I have learned so much about the ways in which Clinical Laboratories go about their day to day loads of information that come in out. I have learned about how these information are organized in a way that is efficient, accurate, and accessible. Moreover, I have learned the complex Policy and Procedure Manuals that is crucial in establishing guidelines and protocols for all major decisions, actions, and policies of the organization. Additionally, the topics pertaining to Material management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control were also very insightful to learn, as well as learning how these directly affect our population\’s overall health.
