From what I learned in the video, the idea of bureaucratic management, which was created by Max Weber, included two fundamental components: the first was the organization of a group into a hierarchical structure, and the second was the establishment of rules that were both explicit and well-defined. According to the bureaucratic management theory, organizations should not be run according to the “arbitrary whims” or illogical desires of their leaders.
