    • The things I learned is that on the microscopic level, this review examines the microscopic structure and relationships of muscle fibers and deep fasciae. These elements’ multilayer arrangement and collagen fiber orientation are disclosed.

The endomysium, perimysium, epimysium, and deep fasciae are key elements for the transmission of muscular force, each with a distinct role. This review suggests that muscle fibers should be researched as a whole, not as discrete pieces. Moreover, the force produced by a muscle is determined by its anatomical structure, its fiber attachment angle to intramuscular connective tissue, and its relationship to the epimysium and deep fasciae.
