    • In this article, we will be introduced to the concepts of Management Theories and their concrete discussion on each theory. Management Theories comprise the concepts and strategies recommended to be performed in different workforces. These theories are implemented, however, being dependent on the organization that best fits this certain theory.

One of the four theories of management mentioned is called Scientific Management Theory. Frederick Taylor, an American mechanical engineer and one of the first management theorists, invented the scientific management theory. He and his colleagues were among the pioneers of the scientific research of labor performance. Taylor’s ideology highlighted that the greatest approach to maximizing results wasn’t by making people work hard. Instead, Taylor advised making jobs simpler to boost efficiency. Scientific Management Theory consolidates workers’ productivity through a less time-consuming strategic method.

This management theory is a key factor in determining and standardizing the best way to do a job with having a clear division of tasks and responsibilities. Most importantly, it minimizes the chances of executing many efforts in performing tasks and properly allocating the company’s resources.
