    • Fredrick Winslow Taylor’s Scientific Management, also known as Taylorism, is one of the earliest theories of workplace management. It uses a scientific approach to management practice to boost production within an organization by enhancing the employee’s productivity. The term “scientific management” is used to describe this methodology.

In a nutshell, the Scientific Management Theory employs scientific methods to determine the single best way to carry out a task, a clear division of roles and responsibilities, higher pay for employees who perform well, a hierarchy of authority, and the monitoring of employee progress. When running an organization, it is essential to build effective management, beginning with each employee’s individual efficiency and productivity level to optimize the organization’s overall workflow and management capabilities.
